Authorities say a house fire on Long Island killed two men and critically injured a woman.

Suffolk County police say firefighters responded to the Mastic fire after receiving a call from a neighbor at 11:17 p.m. Thursday.

The two male victims were pronounced dead at the hospital.

The woman was listed in critical condition at Stony Brook University Medical Center.

Their names were not immediately released.

Homicide and arson squad detectives are investigating the cause of the fire.
