Two hero cops who survived gun battles last year were promoted yesterday to the rank of detective.

Now Robert Salerno, 26, and Ricardo Ramirez, 29, have more in common than a close brush with death.

Salerno, shot three times at close range on March 22 by a Bronx man who had attacked his elderly mom’s home-health aide, is already back on duty, a bullet still lodged in his hip.

Ramirez, shot in a leg and the stomach by a bike-riding gunman on March 17 in Brooklyn, said he hopes to return to work soon.
