Authorities say they have busted a drug ring that made weekly deliveries of up to three kilos of cocaine to eastern Long Island.

Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota says two ring leaders and a courier have been indicted. The indictments were to be unsealed Tuesday morning in Riverhead.

Spota says the drug ring operated between the Bronx and Riverhead. Investigators seized 13 cars. Three of the vehicles had hidden traps used by runners to store cocaine and cash. The DA’s office says the electronic compartments were operated by pressing the air conditioning, hazard light and windshield wiper buttons in sequence.

Spota was to announce details of the operation at a news conference Tuesday.
