Two NYPD cops were hurt when they slammed their cruiser into an SUV while rushing to a call for backup in the Bronx, police said.

The officers suffered minor injuries in the caught-on-video crash in Longwood around 6:20 p.m. Monday, the NYPD said. 

The cops were inside a marked vehicle — with their lights on — as they responded to a call for additional officers needed at 161st Street and Forest Avenue, police said.

They were going the wrong way on Brook Avenue, near the East 149th Street intersection in Mott Haven, when they T-boned a white Jeep Cherokee, according to cops and video obtained by WABC. 

Police had no further information about the call for backup where the cops were headed when they crashed.

The two officers were taken to local hospitals. 

The 29-year-old man behind the wheel of the Jeep was also hospitalized and listed in stable condition.
