Approximately 20 people were arrested during a day-late Cinco de Mayo festival in East Harlem yesterday.
Cops took the people into custody throughout the afternoon at the street festival on East 116th Street between Lexington and Second avenues, police said.
The arrests were largely for unlawful assembly, inciting a riot and disorderly conduct.
No injuries were reported.
