200G lawsuit dunks Curry
Injury-plagued and money-challenged Knick center Eddy Curry is being sued over an alleged $200,000 debt.
Curry was sued in Los Angeles by Mojo Development, which claims that it lent him that much in 2008, TMZ.com reported yesterday.
The suit adds that Curry — who signed a $60 million contract in 2005 but has played just 10 games the last two seasons — also owes $136,000 in interest and a $25,000 “consulting fee.”
A rep for Curry, 27 — who’ll miss the first weeks of the upcoming season with a hamstring injury — couldn’t be reached for comment.
