The lights were still out yesterday for more than 200,000 Connecticut utility customers left without power since the freak snowstorm hit the region a week ago.
Tempers were about the only hot thing in thousands of homes as 2,140 crews struggled to clean up.
Power authorities hope 99 percent of their 1.2 million customers will have their power restored by this evening.
