A 22-year-old man was gunned down inside an SUV by a passenger who was with him in Queens on Sunday night, police said.

The victim was shot in the back while in the driver’s seat of a Range Rover near the intersection of 41st Street and 30th Avenue in Astoria at about 10:05 p.m., according to cops.

A witness told police another man who was inside the car got out, turned around and fired at the victim, according to police sources. 

A dispute sparked the shooting, the sources said. 

EMS took the man to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

No arrests were immediately made and police did not provide a suspect description.
