A Greyhound bus going from New York to St. Louis keeled over on its side on the Pennsylvania Turnpike yesterday, injuring 24 of its 28 passengers — including one pinned with her foot sticking out a window for about an hour, cops said.

Many passengers were asleep when the 24-year- old driver lost control at about 6 a.m. near Lancaster, Pa.
