A 29-year-old suspect has been busted for the fatal stabbing of another man in the Bronx over the weekend, authorities say.
Aaron Smith was charged with murder and manslaughter for knifing James Santana, 54, in the chest during a squabble between them in the younger man’s home on Casals Place in Co-Op City around 11:30 a.m. Saturday, police said late Sunday.
Smith at one point dated the daughter of Santana’s girlfriend, cops said — though it’s unclear whether the two were still in a relationship at the time of the slaying.
