She’s a Midwestern girl on the run to Manhattan — who hopes to land in the record books.

Jasmine “Jazzy” Jordan, 17, of Dalton, Minn., is expected to become the youngest person ever to run from coast to coast when she arrives in the city this morning.

Her 2,900-mile run aims to raise awareness for St. Christopher’s Fund, which helps independent truckers with health-care expenses.
