In the second fatal barbershop shooting in Brooklyn in four days, a salon owner was shot in the head at about 3:30 p.m. yesterday while watching TV in the shop he owned on Cortelyou Road near Flatbush Avenue, authorities said.

Neighbors said victim Warren Billings, 38, had gotten into an argument with a man the night before. Police said the suspected gunman is in his twenties, approximately 6 feet tall, and was wearing a brown-hooded jacket and gray sweatpants. He was last seen running eastbound on Cortelyou Road towards East 22nd Street.

On Wednesday, Andrew Burke, 79, was accidentally killed as two gunmen chased a man into Fest’s Barbershop in Bedford-Stuyvesant.
