The charges against a Rochdale Village little league coach — initially accused of using three of his players in homemade kiddie porn flicks — were upgraded today as three more victims came forward.
David Hartshorn, who was once coach of the year, plead ed not guilty in Queens Supreme Court to the upgraded felony charges of predatory sexual assault against a child.
Hartshorn, 53, was arrested in February for allegedly having sexual contact with three boys — ages 13 and 14 — and showing pornography during sleepovers in his home from July 2009 to January 2011.
The allegations surfaced when one of the boys told his mother, who then contacted the police.
A search warrant retrieved thousands of movies from Hartshorn’s residence — some of which he was also featured.
The creep was arrested over 20 years ago for endangering the welfare of a child, but plead ed guilty to a misdemeanor and served community service, according to prosecutors.
If convicted, Hartshorn faces up to 25 years to life in prison.
