Three teenagers accused of sexually attacking a woman in Central Park have been released. A defense lawyer says doubts have emerged about the woman’s account.

Robert Gonzalez was released without bail Friday. Manhattan prosecutors said they had not obtained an indictment in the case. The school custodian had previously posted a $50,000 bond.

Shawn Martinez and Kelvin Dalrymple also were arrested after the incident was reported Sunday. They’ve been released without being formally charged.

All three men are 18.

Defense lawyer James Koenig says he’s hopeful the charges against Gonzalez will be dropped. Koenig says the three men committed no crime, and the 23-year-old woman changed her version of the encounter.

Prosecutors say the investigation is continuing.
