She wouldn’t eat her dinner, so 3-year-old Enidalez Ortiz was brutally beaten by her mother’s boyfriend — who then left her to die as he coldly played a video game, authorities said today.

The little girl’s horrific last hours were revealed as her alleged killer, Edgar Algarin, 26, was arraigned in Bronx Criminal Court and held without bond on murder and manslaughter charges.

Enidalez’s internal injuries included broken ribs, ruptured intestines, a torn bowel and bleeding kidney and spleen.

“She did not want to eat,” Algarin allegedly told cops. “I was upset…I punched her on the back.”

“Her eyes were kind of cross-eyed,” he recalled. “I could hear her screaming and gasping, but I played video games and could not see anything…”
