A 3-year-old boy was doing OK after being struck by a van while riding his scooter on a sidewalk in Brooklyn Monday evening, cops said.

The youngster was on the corner of 31st Street and Fourth Avenue in Sunset Park at 7 p.m. when he collided with the white van as it pulled out of a gas station.

“Both of his parents were walking with him on the sidewalk,” said a gas-station employee. “The driver just purchased some gas and pulled out of the station.”

The child was taken to Lutheran Medical Center with minor injuries. The driver stayed at the scene. No criminality was suspected.
