Nerds, Liz Lemon’s glasses would be steamed in anger over this!
Tina Fey’s “30 Rock” was the victim of a cheating bean counter who concocted phony expense reports to rip off more than $13,000 from the hit NBC sitcom, Queens prosecutors said.
“30 Rock” accountant Matthew Rudolph, 35, has been charged with 22 counts of larceny, falsifying business records and criminal possession of a forged instrument.
Defense lawyer Richard Roth says his client is not guilty and calls the allegations “absurd” and “additional evidence of the NBC witch hunt.”
Rudolph was fired after the 2009-10 season, according to Roth.
