A 300-pound Staten Island goon pummeled his girlfriend’s father beyond recognition during a fight over the television, authorities said.
Dominick Salinari, 47, repeatedly punched Arthur Haaland, 67, in the face during the attack Friday night in the victim’s Great Kills residence, according to court papers.
When Salinari’s 71-year-old mother, Frances, tried to intervene, he knocked her to the ground and allegedly kicked her in the left side of her rib cage.
It took eight officers to restrain Salinari and place him in handcuffs, a source said.
As for Haaland, “He’s been pulverized,” said a source.
He remains at Staten Island University Hospital.
Salinari, who has previous busts for assault, kidnapping and robbery, was charged with assault, harassment and resisting arrest, sources said. He remains in jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.
