311 chief killed
The director of administration for the city’s 311 system was killed yesterday when a car driven by an unlicensed driver hit her on Staten Island, cops said.
Roxane Murano, 59, was walking at Richmond and Merrill avenues at 6:45 a.m. when a 2009 BMW driven by Oliger Hysenagolli, 27, hit her, authorities said.
Hysenagolli was charged with driving with a suspended license.
