GOSHEN, NY — Authorities have charged a former upstate New York woman with failing to pay nearly $330,000 in child support.

Dee Dee Riggs, 42, was brought from Pennsylvania to Orange County for arraignment Wednesday. She’s the first mother to make the “most wanted” list of child-support fugitives compiled by the US Department of Health and Human Services. She’s jailed on $50,000 bail.
