35-40 for rapist
A Brooklyn rapist who was caught by a DNA match said yesterday he was “not the same” person he was when he committed the assaults — including one when he was just 14 — but a judge hit him with 35 to 40 years in prison.
“All I can say is that I am not the same as I was before,” Quanel Miller, now 23, told Justice Joel Goldberg.
