A state appeals court has sided with the Bronx mom of man killed a decade ago in a police confrontation and awarded her $3 million.

A narcotics officer shot Juanita Young’s son, Malcolm Ferguson, in the head in 2000, but was not charged for his death.

The city Law Department didn’t immediately comment.
