A crooked Manhattan personal-injury lawyer was sentenced to 2½ to 7 years in prison yesterday for stealing more than $3 million of his injured clients’ court winnings.

Marc Bernstein’s victims included a disabled child and an elderly woman who’d been neglected in a nursing home.

He has yet to pay back any of the $3.5 million he was ordered to cough up.

Nor, they said, has he paid off his massive tax bills.

“The defendant is a predator with a law degree,” DA Cyrus Vance said.

Bernstein, 56, pleaded guilty in April to 16 counts of grand larceny, two counts of scheming to defraud and additional counts of filing false tax paperwork and failing to pay his taxes.

“He deliberately failed to pay his federal and state taxes and then showed his contempt for his victims and the court by failing to pay any of the more than $3.5 million in restitution ordered by the court,” said Vance.
