Four teens were arrested yesterday for savagely beating a Staten Island man in an apparent bias attack, cops said.

The thugs circled the 26-year-old victim, Rodulfo Olmedo, early Monday in Port Richmond and shouted anti-Mexican slurs as they beat and robbed him, cops said.

Rolston Hopson, Tyrone Goodman and William Marcano, all 17, and a 15-year-old whose name was withheld due to his age, were charged with gang assault, assault as a hate crime, robbery and criminal possession of a weapon.

The victim is hospitalized in stable condition.
