A 4-year-old girl fell from a second floor window in Queens on Saturday, police said.

The tot was playing near the window inside her family’s home on 77th Street near Jamaica Ave. in Woodhaven when she plummeted to the ground at around 3 p.m., cops said.

“I saw my neighbor holding his granddaughter. He was very upset,” said neighbor Joseph Ray. “He was screaming ‘Please please stay with me’ and ‘Don’t do this’.”

The shaken-up granddad attempted to perform CPR while the girl was limp in his arms before medics arrived, Ray said.

The child was conscious and alert when she was transported to Jamaica Hospital. Her condition is unknown.
