A frightened little girl was stranded for four hours on an empty school bus — and was rescued only when another driver heard her screams, her mother said yesterday.

“I want to punch the driver who did this!” said Letecia Saabedra, whose 4-year-old daughter, Karlita, was allegedly left behind Wednesday afternoon on a Consolidated Bus Transit school bus on Staten Island.

“The bus driver who did this needs to be fired,” Saabedra told The Post.

She got her wish — driver Felix Del Valle, 50, and bus matron Lucila Cruz, 58, were both dismissed, said Peter Silverman, a lawyer for Consolidated.

Del Valle and Cruz insisted to police that they checked the back of the bus, a court complaint says. They are charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
