A robbery suspect who fired at two NYPD officers during a hot pursuit was sentenced yesterday to 40 years to life in prison for attempted murder.

Darius Lowery, 25, had been found guilty by a Queens jury for the attack on cops Shawn Phillips and Steven Betts on Feb 3, 2010. Lowery’s partner, Urban Fermin, 33, was sentenced in March to 30 years to life.
