A man was fatally struck by a train at a Harlem subway station Friday morning, an FDNY spokesperson said.

The 49-year-old was approximately 20 feet inside the tunnel at 116th Street station around 9:35 a.m. when he was hit by an outgoing southbound No. 2/3 line train,  police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Cops said the man did not appear to be a victim of a crime, and the death is under investigation.
