A 53-year-old man was stabbed to death during a squabble with a relative inside his Bronx home early Monday, cops said. 

Eric Chambers was stabbed in the chest and left arm just before 1 a.m. inside his home on Longwood Avenue near Prospect Avenue in Melrose, cops said. 

He was rushed to Lincoln Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. 

The unidentified relative, a woman, was taken into custody with charges pending, police said. 

The relationship between the two and the motive for the assault were not immediately clear.
