An allegedly drunk Queens car wash worker was charged with fatally striking a customer with an SUV outside the business’s exit on Monday, police said.

Edwin Vargas, 43, was driving a Jeep Liberty out of the wash when he allegedly hit a 54-year-old woman waiting for her car to be finished at the Cross Bay Boulevard business in Ozone Park at about 2 p.m., according to cops.

The woman suffered “severe body trauma” and EMS rushed her to Jamaica Hospital — but she could not be saved, cops said.

After allegedly crashing into the woman, Vargas plowed into the side of a Hyundai, which remained on the scene hours after the crash.

A pool of blood was also visible on the pavement.

Vargas, of Queens, was taken into custody at the scene. He was later charged with vehicular manslaughter, vehicular assault and DWI, police said.
