Six people were injured in a Bronx blaze that engulfed two homes, officials said.
The fire erupted around 7:30 a.m. on Decatur Avenue in Norwood and quickly spread to an adjacent building, fire officials said.
The blaze reached three alarms after 30 minutes and was placed under control in just under two hours, officials said.
Two people were taken from the home with serious but non-life-threatening injuries and four others suffered minor injuries.
They were transported to Jacobi Hospital and other area hospitals for treatment, officials said.
