A sixth grade teacher is accused of groping another educator at a public school in Brooklyn, according to police.

Ilie Villota, of Ditmas Junior High School in Kensington, tried to stick his hand down the woman’s pants and grab her butt before fleeing, cops said Thursday.

The alleged incident happened inside of a classroom this week.

Cops were still looking to apprehend Villota on Thursday evening. A school employee confirmed his status as a sixth grade teacher, as did students.

It was unclear if Villota was teaching on Thursday. DOE officials said they were aware of the situation.

“These are troubling allegations,” said department spokesman Doug Cohen. “Mr. Villota was immediately reassigned pending an investigation.”
