A 7-year-old girl was grazed by a bullet and a 19-year-old was shot in the leg on Thursday when a fight broke out in Harlem, cops said.

The gunfire rang out when a large group began brawling on East 102nd Street at around 6:15 p.m., according to police.

Both the 7-year-old girl and the 19-year-old were taken to area hospitals.

They were listed in stable condition on Thursday night.

Cops were on the lookout for the gunman.
