Little Sincere Atkins was playing on the sidewalk when he ran into traffic May 25 at about 4 p.m. in Jamaica and was hit by a 1996 Toyota Corolla, according to police.

His grandmother was nearby when the accident happened.

Sincere was thrown on the hood of the car and hit the windshield before he fell on the roadway, sources said.

He was rushed to Long Island Medical Center but succumbed to his injuries May 29, cops said.

The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and has not been charged with a crime.
