A 90-year-old woman was in critical condition after being hit by a bus in downtown Manhattan during Wednesday evening’s rush hour.

The victim was struck at 6:15 p.m. at Fulton and Pearl streets by an express bus heading to Staten Island, cops said.

“She was bleeding bad,” said a witness, Vladimir Marcelin.

“Her ankles were all messed up with blood. I saw a crowd of people come around her.”

She was taken to Bellevue Hospital Center, where she was listed in critical condition.

The driver was not charged.
