9/11 Museum deal
Construction of the 9/11 Museum at the World Trade Center will resume for the first time since August, under a deal that will get payments flowing to the contractors again, officials said yesterday.
Work on the museum stopped over the summer because of a dispute between the Port Authority and the Memorial over $150 million in costs.
