A long-simmering sibling spat over a Greenwich Village townhouse was brought to a swift close last night after the posh property was sold at auction in just three minutes.

The 19th-century building at 3 E. 10th St., off Fifth Avenue, went for $6.63 million — almost double the minimum bid of $3.5 million but far less than the estimated value of $10 million.

It had been co-owned by battling brothers Ned Baldwin and Willard Baldwin III.

The unidentified winning bidder works in the pharmaceutical industry, said Misha Haghani and Scott Burman of Paramount Realty USA, which organized the sale.
