Jeter’s is bigger than A-Rod’s.

When it comes to Florida uber-mansions, Yankee superstar Derek Jeter’s home base offers more room than teammate great Alex Rodriguez’s soon-to-be-completed pad.

Chez Jeter consists of 30,875 square feet on the waterfront on Tampa’s tony Davis Island.

A-Rod’s new home on Miami’s exclusive North Bay Road boasts less than two-thirds that space, about 18,000 square feet.

Both bought their land for roughly the same price: Rodriguez for $7.4 million and Jeter for $7.7 million. But each has sunk millions and millions more into the properties.
