A group of brave “peacekeepers” scrambled to break up a wild fight aboard an A train this week, disturbing footage shows.

The recording captured the chaos inside the northbound train between High Street in Brooklyn and Fulton Street in Manhattan Thursday around 7:30 p.m., showing the alleged victim cornered as his combatant appears to bop him twice.

A woman shrieks, “Stop!” and “Please, please don’t do that!” as the melee begins to break up. A man who tried to intervene is left with a bloodied face, the video shows.

“Unreal how many peacekeepers were on this train. Ppl begging for the violence to stop – stepping in the way,” wrote the Twitter user who posted the video. “As they moved down the subway ppl were screaming, hiding pleading.”

Meanwhile, someone pulled the emergency brake on the train, leaving them “trapped for 5 min,” she added.

It’s unclear what happened to the victim, but the woman said he received help from someone else and “didn’t want to involve the cops.”

The NYPD said it didn’t have a report on the incident.

The MTA didn’t immediately return a message.
