OCEAN TOWNSHIP, NJ — A homeless man lived unnoticed in the basement of a New Jersey library for nearly two weeks, according to authorities.

Police said a custodian saw Charles Jones Jr. peeking out a window of the Ocean Township library Friday night.

Jones, 26, had taken food from the employees’ break room, police said.
