The Manhattan couple who abducted their eight children while visiting them at a Queens foster agency in September were released from prison yesterday after their sentence was reduced to time served.

“We are happy to be out,” said Shanel Nadal as she and her boyfriend, Nephra Payne, walked out of the Queens Criminal Courthouse.

Payne and Nadal pleaded guilty to custodial interference and were sentenced to 90 days with three years’ probation. They’d served two months

“We will try our best to fight hard to get our children back,” said Payne.

The kids remain in the custody of the Administration for Children’s Services.
