Accused Upper East Side madam Anna Gristina is finally getting a break.

A state appeals court announced today that it was expediting her appeal of her skyhigh $2 million bail, and would hear her case on June 7. Such appeals can often take months.

Gristina’s lawyers contend the $2 million bond is more in line with a murder rap instead of a single charge of promoting prostitution in the third degree – especially for somebody with no criminal record.
