As he was being walked out of the 48th Precinct in handcuffs Wednesday, accused killer Abel Cedeno said he had been bullied
at Urban Assembly School for Wildlife Conservation in the Bronx.
Cedeno mouthed “Yes” when a reporter shouted a question at him about his treatment just before he was loaded into an unmarked police car, headed for his arraignment.
The suspect — with dark black hair and red highlights — was wearing a pink T-shirt, blue jeans and a gray zip-up hoodie.
