The 22-year-old accused of shooting a rookie cop in Queens flipped the bird to reporters as he walked out of a precinct house Friday.
Devin Spraggins refused to answer a series of questions yelled out by reporters — and only responded by pulling his cuffed right hand from behind his black and giving the middle finger.
Spraggins was being walked out of the 103 Precinct by detectives and put in the back of a car on his way to Queens Supreme Court Friday morning when he flashed the gesture.

Cops caught up to Spraggins Thursday night, roughly 30 hours after he allegedly shot a 22-year-old cop with only three months on the job in the right hip.
The cop, Brett Boller, was chasing the man down after a bizarre exchange over an MTA bus seat that turned physical Wednesday afternoon in Jamaica.
He was charged with attempted murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon, cops said.
