The Staten Island salesman on trial in the murders of three Brooklyn shopkeepers of Middle Eastern descent will be barred from his own trial if he interrupts the proceedings again, a judge said Tuesday.
“I very much want you to be here. Your life is on the line. But you have to keep quiet,” Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Alan Marrus told Salvatore Perrone at his triple murder trial.
Perrone’s latest outbursts came as he butted in on testimony from a detective who searched the accused killer’s girlfriend’s apartment after his arrest.
“I will not be a scapegoat in this case,” Perrone ranted.
