A sidelined part-owner of the celebrity-friendly Ace Hotel chain says in a new lawsuit that company executives are driving the business into the ground while paying themselves hefty salaries.
Michael Bisordi says he worked with late Ace founder Alex Calderwood for 12 years to build the chain.
Since Calderwood died in 2013, Bisordi hasn’t seen a dime of profits, he says in his Manhattan Supreme Court suit.
Instead, he says, co-owner Stefanos Economou has paid himself $2 million and execs Brad Wilson and Kelly Sawdon a combined $1.6 million.
A lawyer for Economou did not immediately return a message for comment.
