A man is suing a Brooklyn bar, saying he swallowed a shard of plastic that was floating in his draft beer.

Rafal Buczyk was at the Mission Dolores bar on Fourth Avenue in Park Slope in May 2014 when he slurped down one of the shards in his glass, sending him to the restroom to try to dislodge it, says his suit.

Instead, he cut up his fingers and rushed to a hospital where — as doctors were getting ready to operate — it disappeared during an X-ray, the suit says.

“I worry about my vocal cords. [My voice] is very important to my career so I don’t want anything interfering with it,” said Buczyk, a struggling actor who appears as an extra in the “Dark Knight Rises” fighting alongside Christian Bale. He worries the shard is still lodged in his body.

His lawyer, Jeffrey Marks, said the bar is wrongly denying the claims. A bar manager referred questions to an e-mail address that yielded no response.
