An off-Broadway actress briefly appeared in court Thursday on charges she tried to push a stranger into the path of a Union Square subway train.

Keira Keeley, 35, wore a glum expression as she stood before Judge Kathryn Paek in Manhattan Criminal Court.

After prosecutors told the court that a grand jury had not yet indicted Keeley, she dashed out of the courthouse trying to dodge a photographer. “Give me a break,” she said as she tried to obstruct her face with an umbrella.

The 57-year-old victim, Leonore Gonzalez, was waiting on the platform when Keeley allegedly shoved her from behind Oct. 6 at 11:40 p.m.

Police said Gonzalez nearly fell onto the tracks as a northbound 4 train approached but was spared by grabbing a pillar.

The actress was arrested at the station on one count of first-degree attempted assault. She allegedly told cops she was a little unsteady after tossing back one too many drinks and accidentally bumped into the victim.

Keeley performed in the off-Broadway play “The Glass Menagerie” and played bit parts on the TV shows “Elementary” and “Rubicon,” according to her website.
