Sometimes three isn’t a crowd. Just three students from storm-damaged Wave Prep Elementary School in Far Rockaway showed up yesterday at the alternate site at IS 232 in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, yesterday.

Overall, attendance at 56 relocated schools was 30 percent, said officials, who called the numbers misleading since many displaced kids are enrolled elsewhere. They also noted that buses would be added today.
