Federal prosecutors in Brooklyn yesterday dropped all criminal charges against a Long Island anesthesiologist busted for allegedly fondling a female passenger on a flight from Argentina to JFK, The Post has learned.

Dr. Luis Fandos was traveling with his wife and two young children on an American Airlines flight from Buenos Aires in February when the woman claimed he improperly touched her on two occasions.

Fandos’ lawyer, Benjamin Brafman, hailed the ruling that he said followed a “thorough investigation.”

Prosecutors declined to comment.
